Red Screes from Hartsop

Les accompanied me today, as a trail run for doing the reccie at Bedgellert for the club in June. I chose this new walk as a comparible route, but it turned out much steeper than anticipated. However, it was a lovely day with sunshine and good company.

Mawdsley

Some flat walking so as not to agrivate Iris's leg problems. It was a glorious sunny day with blue skies most of the day, but there was a cold North wind which made it very chilly.

Conwy Fell Club C Walk

We had a lovely sunny and calm day for our 2nd walk of the season. As I had reccied the C walk with Les, this is the walk I did and It was pleasant to have time to enjoy the views etc. The ground was a lot drier than the reccie and so we did not encounter much mud and the ground was firm.
