Beddgelert & Moel Hebog
An A Party Reccie with Les. It was a lovely day for walking, dry with lots of sunshine. It was a long journey of 2.5 hrs but parking was easy and we were soon off up Moel Hebog. The views high up were astounding and I saw the Snowden range with a fresh sight. We didn't finish the planed route as we were both finding it difficult and probably not suitable for the Club, so we missed out the other two peaks. However, I later realised that I had a virus which made it self known the next day. No wonder I found it hard going and the route track only showed a reduction of less than a mile, so we should have been able to do the complete round easily. You loose some , you win some!Only One Hewitt climbed today.

Bodnant Gardens & Conwy
A leasurly day enjoying the splendour of the spring flowers at Bodnant Gardens in the Conwy Valley.
Afterwards we visited Conwy to enjoy fish and chips on the harbour side and then travelled down the coast from Llandudno to Colwyn Bays.
It was a pleasant day although chilly. The photo's have not been retouched/cropped yet.

Malham Fell Club B Walk
Iris was unable to go on the Fell Club Walk as she was singing in a concert in the evening, but she also may not have been able to join any of the walks as her leg is still giving problems
Once again we were fortunate with the weather as it had been forecast rain, but instead we had a dry day with sunny periods, but with a cold NE wind. We had a big B Party and a good leader who kept the pace steady but within the reach of all. We headed towards Malham Cove and Tarn and had some spectacular scenery, typical of the Dales and an enjoyable day with some refreshments in Malham on our return.
